How is an "employee" counted?
You pay for active employees in SkyPrep HR each month. Terminated employees and candidates in your hiring pipeline don't count toward your bill.
How long does setup take?
Most teams are live within a week. You set up your locations, departments, holidays and time off types, add your people, and send invitations. We're with you for every step.
Can I turn modules on and off?
Yes. Admins can toggle features for their company at any time, so you can start with time off and the directory and add hiring or performance later.
Does it work outside Canada?
Absolutely. Each company sets its own currency, timezone, working days and public holidays.
Does SkyPrep HR work with SkyPrep LMS?
SkyPrep HR is built by the same team and designed to sit alongside SkyPrep LMS. Existing SkyPrep customers get bundle pricing. Ask us about the roadmap for deeper integration.
Can I cancel at any time?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time. Annual plans run for their term. Either way, you can export your data whenever you like.
